What is the advantage of using PropVault?

How do I add pictures to an item?

All accounts
can add pictures to an item in the Item Edit form, reached by clicking the item name in your item list.
What are the different reports I can download?
A.
The Asset Report gives you a complete list of your assets in PDF format. It summarizes with the total count,
estimated value, and purchase value. This report is free for all accounts.
The Item Report is an in-depth report on a single item. It includes all information saved about that item and
displays all pictures attached to that item. This report is free for accounts.
The Asset Worksheet is a blank form you can use to easily record information as you inventory your home. Once complete,
use it as a reference as you enter your items into the system. This worksheet is free for all accounts.
What kind of things should I save in my vault?
A.
Anything and everything that you may need to recover. Items with serial numbers are great, such as
power tools, bicycles, appliances, and electronics. Big ticket items are another must.
The more documentation you have, the easier it is to recover or obtain replacement value. For easier
loading of your stuff, ask your favorite store if they offer VaultIT!&trade at the cash register!
What if I sell, throw out, or lose an item?
A.
Simply update the item with the appropriate date. The item will still show up
in your list. If you want to remove the item altogether, you can permanently remove
the item by clicking the red 'x' in the vault list row that you want to remove. Warning: Once
you remove the item, it will no longer show up in your list, or in any reports.

VaultIT!&trade is the new service offered by PropVault to businesses. With just your email address, any business using PropVault's VaultIT!&trade service
can automatically add your purchase to your vault at the time of purchase. Ask your favorite stores if they offer this service today!
